The electrical system has a limited service life. Repeated surges, power outages, load changes, moisture and dirt, impact the service life.  Any electrical systems that are greater than 10 years old have a much greater occurrence of failure. The Electrical wiring is one of the most common causes of fire on the electrical system.

To help prevent a potential electrical fire or any electrical issues, all buildings or sections of buildings with an old electrical system must contact a licensed electrical contractor to inspect the electrical system and make any corrections or updates to the electrical system to meet current electrical codes. This inspection must be verified in writing.
